Are you referring to Bush saying it in the debate last night when he was countering Kerry's facts and figures on... something (I can't remember the exact topic now)? I also got a chuckle when Bush made comments about "Senator Kennedy being the most liberal person in the Senate" (he meant to say Kerry) and "rumors on the internets" about a draft.  |

green eyeshades refers to accountants. Found that out in the other forum  . apparently back in the bad old days before puters and thinkin machines they used green eye shades to keep from going blind looking at all the numbers. |
