I don't know how many of you remember the NFL Football pencils that they used to sell in vending machines at schools in the late 70's/early 80's. In a fit of nostalgia, I checked ebay for them and complete sets of 28 are going for $38! Another entrepreneur is selling single pencils for $1.95 each. These used to cost a dime each. I just can't bring myself to spend this kind of money. Anyone else have a childhood item they wanted to own again, only to find it priced out of reach?

Hehehe - GI Joe action figures, Marvel comics, on and on the list could go!
