I am looking for something that will make my prim allow anyone to read the note in contents and to place their own note in there for others to read. I have the bullentin board but didnt help. Has anyone any ideas.

I know at some points I have been able to see scripts and notes in other peoples objects.

I also have had all permissions set with the object and the notes inside. Also a inventory drop script, but anyone without mod rights still couldnt view the notes
