this is true: last night I fell asleep on the couch. At some point around 11, I must have rolled over. The shadow from me rolling over must have crossed the photosensor on the furby wot was sitting on the coffee room table, because I awoke to the sound of the furby snoring to go back to sleep.
my furby actually woke me up and told me to go to bed! how cool is that?

I called a friend to tell him about this, he was in town last weekend and was laughing at my furby. he also reminded me, and I had completly forgotten this, that while playing poker on saturday, the furby said "uh oh, i'm worried!" and so i folded a tough hand. The guy i folded to had a straight flush! Thanks again, Mister!

just got back from Wal-Mart doing some reasearch. here's the transcript......
me: furby what do you think of the guy i'm dating?
display model furby: girlfriend he ain't nothing but a scrub.
me: well we haven't got very serious yet. what's wrong with him?
DMF: three little words..... herpes. he gots the bling bling but there's a ring round his dingaling.
me: whew thanks for the warning. hey know anything about investing?
DMF: the key is portfolio diversity. a good mix of stocks, commodity investment and judicious savings will minimize risk yet maximize growth long term.
