How many of you (US) have sent someone a "Post Card" from in game, and EXPECTED to have the receipient to get a picture that is generated from your screen snap? Perhaps you have sent multiple pics even to show something to a friend of something fantastic you are viewing on your screen....
Later you discover that the receipient was looking at a picture of a speedboat motoring under a rather large bridge rather than the amazing spectacle on your screen?!
What's up with that?

From: Taco Rubio Do you have the camera pointed backwards? lol <-- khamon never types "lol" but this really made him fall out of his chair i haven't sent postcards but i did stay in a holiday inn express last night test it a few times sending the card to your favourite linden and taking your own screenshot to attach to a followup mail. if there's a problem, they'll see the difference.

Well it wasn't a camera problem, because I was on land locked Snow land, and the picture that was sent out was a picture of a boat going under a giant suspension bridge. Ok I'll try it again. Thanks for the replies!

Samhain, I had the same thing. I recieved a postcard, with the exact image you described, which was supposedly send by myself as well.
Other postcards I had sent to a friend didn't arrive at all. I submitted a bugreport to LL about this.
All seems to be working correctly (again) now.
