does anybody know the plan for borrowdale? it looks like it's being laid out for a purpose. have i missed an announcement?

city scapes are fabulous; but it would be lovely to have a small town up there. i've always wondered why boardman and brown had to be RESIDENTIAL ONLY!!!!!!!!! when individual lots could be specified as business, entertainment or residential. slap up a couple of public buildings, make the whole thing pg and keep, in fact enhance, the specs to control height, gaudiness and lag.

hmm, wonder if the zoeans would be interested in doing this? what? i'm sorry did i type that out loud. i'm just day dreaming on my day off ha ha ha

while i'm thinking about it, what did they decide to do with the land surrounding the new welcome center? i never hread that either.

The current plan is to leave a few sims around the Watershead telebhub unsold. Before we start sending new arrivals there, we'll take another look.
