I'm biased, but I'd prefer to think of land as OPPORTUNITY!
If I can wrest a single Linden in profit from a deal, I don't give a single whit HOW it is listed! But you offer good contrasting points, my dear sirs!

It sounds to me like 'Land' is just that, land that is owned by you, for you to do whatever you please with. 'Property', on the other hand, is *things* that you own, or the right to do something with land that you don't own. |
