Don't really play There anymore so its just sitting there. Better to have that in Second Life. Anyone know where or who I can do this with? What kinda of exchange is there. I have a little over $45,000 Therebucks.

You could try IGE.com, but they're absolutely awful in terms of customer service.

I don't think IGE deals with T$. I'd give you L$5,113 for T$45k though.  The same rate you'd get through tbux.com and gom. (Give or take a few cents.) Give me a yell tomorrow if you're interested. Er, later today....Saturday. *goes to bed*

Last I heard, the T$ value is (or was) 2000T$ per 1USD (talk about inflation o.O).
That'll put your L$ worth of money at 5,625L$. Not really bad. Ofcourse, times change so perhaps the cost lowered. I suggest going to the There forums and asking about people who can convert your money to USD - make sure you are talking with trusted individuals ofcourse - you can then paypal it directly to GOM and use it to buy L$. Its the best method of conversion I can think of.
Or just do what Starley suggested. Either works - it depends on who you think can give you a better deal.
