I have a technical issue that I hope someone can answer. Despite waiting a week, and still counting, for tech support to reply to my e-mail I have still held my sanity. It all started when I started a trial.....I played for a week,loved the game, and bought a membership. So I registerd another account to start my paid membership on, all went well and i subscribed. But when I tried to log-in it came up with a message that said, " Cannot access from this computer. if you feel this is an error contact. [email]support@secondlife.com[/email]". I even shutdown my firewall to see if that caused a problem and I had no luck. I know for sure my account is not banned since i can log-in from my roomate's computer. If anyone can help me I would be greatful.
