Anyone web-program?

I thought of a really good game to make while SL topples and falls into the sea for the next few days, but my asp skills, well, blow. I am therefore going to release the concept at open-source, in hopes some dork will make it. I ask only for credit for the idea and to be allowed to play it.

I call it "LvL Up!" you would login on a website with a character name you've made, and there'd be a big button on the page. When you hit the button you would gain a level. There could also be a high score page, for all the uber people with really high levels.

Maybe stats that rise as you level up? Or points you can spend? I dunno. I just wish I was lvling up right now.
