it may not be if you are thinking that because you can't see it on your map. i couldn't see rose yesterday for over an hour. i could go to the sim and interact with everything and everybody but it was just a big blue whole on my map.
eventually it showed back up

The island was the e3 sweepstakes prize and has been tax free. The tax free period is coming to a close, and since it was built by so few people there's just no way to afford keeping it all going. Enjoy it while it lasts!
And to Evie, thanks so much for inviting me to help build it. I'm so proud of what we all accomplished there.
