1. How do you get a picture to post in the forum without having to make the person click on the uploaded .jpg? I have tried using  but I still can't seem to make it work. 2. How do you get the little icons to animate? I've searched for information on the forum but could not actually find a complete response.

1. using the img tags your pic has to be hosted elsewhere and the url inserted. 2. the animated icons are gif files

Yes I believe so, haven't used this feature myself but they should upload the same.
