Am I losing my mind, is there an incredible amount of new sims in the upper eastern corner of the grid, attached to the lake sims?

Nope, you aren't crazy - I count 32 new sims in that area. Looks like more bad news for the Land Barons. I wouldn't mind buying Carlisle - looks like a nice island.

Hi, took some pics of the new land. 48 to be exact. But here a few. Also take note to the pic with the info on it. 7k Sim FPS. I hope it doesn't go too low.
Edit: Should see most of the other pics at my Blog or Flickr site. I'll have to get around to putting them up though so it may take a while.

Nice looking neighbourhood layout there. I think for new player a nicely controlled neigbourhood, ala, TSO, or Sims, would be ideal. Even with kit-set puchases and house upgrades.

Might be kewl. There was some land up for auction in the South Eastern most corner of the new sims. Some first land as well.
