Okay, figured out how to do this...
We were talking about accents the other day at the Gallery, and I remembered this sound clip from a poem I wrote about a decade ago is still up on the web. This isn't the accent I have now, and even for it's time it was put on a little thick... but it really is the accent I was "born to"....
Anyone else want to share?

on team speak one time when playing a game i was told i sound like david schwimmer (ross from friends).
so now people call me david schwimmer all the time over at wwIIol. to make things worse in a widely read community interview one of the guys that started it said i was david schwimmer...making it 100 times worse  |

Why does everyone hate the sound of their voice so much? I like the sound of my voice. It's part of my love of hearing myself talk.
I hate looking at myself in pictures, though. It scares me to think that I look like that hidious creature in everyday life. _____________________

I can do many bad accents and impressions, overall though I'm happy with my voice.
 Apparently Ohioans have an accent, which I wasn't aware of before.  Love the signature btw Darwin _____________________

Darwin, has anyone ever told you you sound just like Ira Glass, host of the fantastically fabulous NPR show This American Life?http://www.thislife.org And Bhodi, your voice makes me homesick even though I'm home. I lost my southern accent when I moved to Kansas at 18. Except for sounding super southern when I say certain words, or, like a speaker of another language, slipping into it when I'm angry, I sound like a white-bread Kansas person. I want it back!!
