I'm not saying that's any kind of difinitive move, but the decision NOT to send legal teams to Ohio is an interesting one. Dan Rather said that indicates that perhaps Kerry's team does not feel they would have that strong of a case to even bother.

Will you PLEASE stop posting NEW threads about Ohio?
NBC, FOX, and ABC have all jumped the gun on calling Ohio. Just like they did last election with Florida. It's behaviour like this that caused the confusion last election. CNN has placed Ohio in the "Too Close To Call" list and CBS still hasn't called it either. By my count the votes are still 249 : 211. That's still close enough to go either way.

254 to 242 according to Yahoo news. and they say Ohio is 51% for Bush and 48% for Kerry with 98% of precincts reporting.
but they also say 103% of the precincts in New mexico have reported. hmm....someone's been voting twice!
