Well, I always wanted to know what would happen when I did this.... I attached a really strong rocket to myself that spams the current altitude in chat. After I went above 10,000 meters, my screen just went black.... Then the second I hit 100,000 meters, I saw a blue and white sky, and I could see the bounding box / "end of the map" for SL, or maybe just the sim I was in. At 200,000 meters, my screen turned black again, and a yellow moon came up. Then, shortly after, the moon switched to yellow. I'm at 300,000 now, the moon turned normal, and now my client is rapidly switching between night and day (I don't have mouse moves sun on). Interesting stuff :) Will post more once I get more screenies.

Edit: Wait, no, it's not a change of day... Because I forced sunset, and it still remainds black. Hmm... I think I'm gonna go for 1,000,000 meters.
