I just noticed that the word "metaverse" is not in Wikipedia! Considering how many of us are familiar with not only Neil Stephenson's book, Snow Crash, that coined the term, but the similarities between the fictitions metaverse and the one (SL) we play, I'm pretty shocked that there's no apperance on a site that has such rich information on geek terminology.
