My first life has been really demanding the past few weeks, so I haven't been able to play in a while. I finally got a chance to play again the other day, only to discover that a significant piece of land I owned in immaculate was no longer mine. I was really confused because I never set the land for sale. I IMed the new owner who told me the land had been public when he purchased it. How did that happen? Has anyone else had land they owned suddenly turn public without having sold it? I looked through my account history, thinking that if I had accidently sold it without realizing, that the credit would show up there, but it doesn't. I also noticed that all the land around me that used to be linden owned, was now resident owned. Is it possible that when the linden land went public, part of mine got grouped with it accidently? I'm really confused what happened here. Anyone have any ideas for me?

I remember there being a bug that made land dynamically/randomly change ownership or revert to public back in the early 1.1 beta. Is this the same thing LL!?

Garth and I had half our Island go public, luckily Mac Beach saw it and we got it before anyone else did.

If you don't log in for "a while" all your stuff goes public, including land. WizGamer had that happen.
