Hey all, sorry if this was posted before, but I am a tad curious...

I know that they cut the bonuses...by whatever percentage...but here is my issue at the moment...

Before they cut the bonuses, I was getting my $500L Stipend and I believe about $900L for my bonus....

All I know is I was getting over 1600L a week.

When they chopped it, I was only getting a little over 1K a week...still not a bad deal, really...

Last week, I only got a little over $800L and when I looked yesterday, it dropped again to a little over $700L.

I thought they were only chopping the bonuses ONE time....so why does mine keep plummeting? Does anyone else have this problem? Is it because I am not rating on a normal basis anymore?

It's dropping cause you're not rating people as much as before I bet. Ratings are what keeps your bonus at a steady rate, if you're not rating it's going to drop

You have to remember the bonus was and is composed of two parts. There is a bonus for your total ratings and a bonus for ratings for the week

The way I understand it, theres 3 stipends.

Stipend Base: Not affected
Stipend rating : cut in half
Stipend Delta: changes every week depending on how many rates you got the past week
compared to how many others got.

So if you are rated less and others more, youll end up getting less Stipend Delta that
week. But it could go back up next week if you are rated more than others.
Though I dont know how they figure the exact amount for Delta.
