Yes, you can. You may need to look up the article on the support section of the website that discusses using unique ports if your router doesn't seem to handle it properly, but there is a command line switch you add to the Windows shortcut to assign unique ports to each PC.
I did not find this necessary on my Linksys Wireless Router.
