sorry to bother everyone but i'm stuck where i can't check this. two questions about notecards.
1. can you look at the properties of a notecard and be absolutely certain of who made the notecard in the first place?
2. can you make a notecard that can be copied and traded but that the contents can't be changed in any way?
thanks

I'll try to answer this to the best of my knowledge.
#1 may be different given the 1.1 property changes, but I'm at w*rk so I can't check. But I believe the answer here is no.
#2. No. It'd be nice to have, though.

there goes my idea of "signatures" where you write up what you're agreeing to and each person makes a notecard and pastes the "contract" in and puts there name inside then locks it all and exchanges it. any ideas for a workaround?
maybe each person makes a prim and puts the notecard in it then makes it tradeable and copyable but completely no modify?
