Hello. I didnt know where to post this anywhere else, so i will post it here.
Looking at the lawsuit by Marvel to the game, City of Heroes, has scared the living daylights outta me, so i have concluded to get rid of "David Gilman's Avatars and Things" forever. If you ever see a vendor, or any place where i am selling my avatars, can you please IM me and tell me where they are, or if u own the land, to delete them? It would be a great help. Thank you.

Marvel won't kill you. At worst, their lawyers will send you a "cease and desist" letter, which just means you stop selling the costumes immediately.
Otherwise, you're pretty much in the clear.

lol no, i just want ppl to tell me where they are so i can remove of them. they arent gonna sue me if they kno i was trying to get rid of them. I just want to stay clear of any problems that can happen. If they are checking CoH, why not SL?

David, dont give up anything dude....
I have been dealing with "marvel comics" since the early 70's as I AM a collector of comics. Trust me, Marvel these days is all bark an little bite. Now if this had been 10-15 years ago, yes panic.... Now though, dont worry about it till the fat lady sings.......... An beleave you me, Mavel sings for very few these days........
