with the alarming decrease in post length and the inverse increase in signiture (advertsing spam) length , i'd like to reiterate my take on these forums:
buy my land! use my server! visit my website! buy my guns! love me kiss me hold me pass me the meds. i'm all for entrepeneurialism <subliminal>rent my land</subliminal> but i think there has to be a line somewhere. 3 line posts with five line add sigs all over the forum is just ridiculous. (i'm just trying to earn my ban.  )_____________________

Jauani, If you go to User CP -> Edit Options --> Thread Display Options you can toggle the "Show Signatures" check box. This is a great forum feature that will allow you to view or not view signatures in posts.

All new users can no longer see forum signatures (or images) by default.
This has gone on for awhile. So, no point in spamming the forums anymore _____________________

This is a great forum feature that will allow you to view or not view signatures in posts. thanks for the suggestion aimee. the thing is i do often like to see signatures so i feel there should be some ettiquete. for example there is an option for avoiding griefers to hit the x on the top right hand corner of the secondlife client and never loggin in again. but it is a pretty uninspiring solution. or perhaps i just need meds. which is quite possible!  _____________________

JW, you know I do my damnedest to struggle against this phenom by writing my long, skyscraper-like posts which are called WHINESCRAPERS by Maxx Monde and which others *cough* think represents duffle-bag issues and not being able to build *cough cough you know who you are* but... I know they are records for posterity.Some of them are really good and I should bind them into little booklets and pass them out. I do try. And I only have one little spamola in my siggie, see? _____________________
