i don't have this option. my thinking is that anybody marked as a moderator, even in a group forum has this priviledge but it's not active for the general public.
oh well, i was gonna poll to find out how many people knew that we could start polls. ha ha ha

I think its - well, just sleazey - when one person dances at a pole - let alone a group of people trying to do it via typing. It just can't be done. SHouldn't be tried. All that gyrating rhythmic typing... its just not right! Stop it!!!
