Hi all So, I m tringo hooked, and I am wondering, is there a similar game (besides playing tetris and bingo simultaneously) I can get for playing it in RL. Was Tringo an SL invention? Or something ported in from RL? (like Bingo) If Tringo is an SL invention, I hope the author is looking for a way to get that puppy on handhelds and/or PCs? I'd rather be playing Tringo than Jawbreaker or Solitaire. Max Case Tringo Tranced

I'd play tringo in RL.. but only on 5 foot boards in huge stadium seating. Would be easy to do to on Gameboy

I still have not even seen Tringo in action yet. But, I did a search for it on google and I found nothing that seemed to resemble it, so it may indeed be an SL invention. Maybe.
I guess I will look into it sooner or later, but it seems to be highly addictive and I sort of like to steer clear of that sort of thing, I dont want it sucking up all my time. I already spend too much time in SL as it is. LOL.

About 30 minutes ago I did a search on Google for Tringo, wondering if it was an original idea or not, and it looks like it is as nothing came up in the first couple of pages that really had any link to the game in SL. I've not played it, and only did it because of all the talk of originality on the thread about Bedazzled. I'm really glad it's been picked up so much by the inhabitants of SL as it looks like the person who made it was very original in making it. And that's great to see.

Kermitt Quirk invented Tringo over the Christmas holidays by combining Bingo and Tetris. He scripted it up, held beta runs at The Barnyard owned by Omar Drago and LovesIt Langdon and once it was stable, started selling it.
I really hope he's put in a trademark application!
At one of the early beta sessions, he did ask for better names for the game, but Tringo kinda stuck.

This is is how it works, see? *Looks there*. Tringo is a lag-bomb. I already *have* a fun and addictive game called "Second Life". Why would I want *another* fun and addictive game inside *that* one???
