wouldn't you like to be a Pita too?

Ok, so I created a Group -- named PITAS.

Officers are Royal Pita
Members are Pita

PITA = Pain In The @$$
or Prince(ss) In Tarnished Armor


Now I need to draft the charter... but I'm stuck. Not a clue where to start there. Can anybody help?

PITAs without Pity has a nice ring to it ...
