I'm glad to hear about this. It's dangerous enough to work in a mine, you shouldn't have to worry about getting killed when you're off hours, too.

Yeah, this will last....until the court changes Justices once again. Then another case can be heard to strike down this ruling.
 The nasty tone of the dissenters all but guarantees this rulling will be challenged in the future._____________________
