Gallerie Gallant is now open in its new location, Olive 173,242. The first show is called "Birds of Galapagos" -- although there are some marine iguanas and a giant tortoise in there somewhere, too.
For every L$50 donated to the gallery between now and January 15th, I will be giving US$1 to the Charles Darwin Foundation (up to a maximum of US$100). The Charles Darwin Foundation (which is not associated in any way with Darwin Appleby, although I'm sure they wish they could be) promotes scientific research and ecosystem preservation in the Galapagos Islands, famous for its role in Charles Darwin's theory of natural selection and still one of the most beautiful and interesting areas of the world today.
So stop by, check out the mating habits of the great frigate bird, and support the gallery while you're giving to a good cause.
