The sim is Faded Reality (AKA Chicago 1900's), and the single word on the pinewood box is "Philip".

This build is really fun as is the whole sim. You probably can't tell what the build is about from the picture above. I'll just say I was more than a little amused when I saw it.
Faded Reality - in a park sort of near the center of the sim.
