The woman running the shop where I buy cigarettes from is trying them currently. She seems happy.

I'm trying the inhalator which I'm liking.

the inhaler helps considerably, once u get use to them. the gum worked ok, until I got sores in my mouth from the nicotine :/
so I did the drug thats available. bad mistake.....at 49 years old, I developed epilepsy due to this drug. Lost my right to drive, and couldnt work for 6 months.
Dont do the drug...it isnt worth it. If you dont know about it, you're better off.

OMFG!! Zyban is EVIL! I tried quitting with that. On the ramp-up week I started having manic episodes, my skin turned beat red and twitching and tremors developed. Lucky for me a freind insisted I call the doctor, who promptly took me off that crap, adding the statement, "If you stayed on Zyban, you'd be having epileptic seizures by the end of the week." Fuck that shit.

which is also known as Wellbutrin definitely DOES have links to siezures and strokes. I've taken it for years (helps w/ADD) but for some folks, you apparently, it's not compatible. So sorry it didn't help.
