InnerLife group needs members

The InnerLife Project, a biofeedback/wellness area in SL, needs at least 15 members in its in-world group for us to be able to get a Group Forum here on the boards. Having a Group Forum would help us keep the discussion focused and not keep losing posts in General, Land, etc. If you are considering participating in this project, e.g. building, scripting, hosting, etc., or just want to stay in touch with where the project is going, please join the InnerLife group in SL when you get a chance. Once we have 15 members I'll get the Group Forum set up. (Meanwhile, you can of course check out our project website at http://gaeacoop.org/InnerLife.)

We had quite a few members in the previous Sun Realm group, but we need to drop that group name due to copyright restrictions.

Thanks! I responded to one of your posts on the website. I don't know yet if the website forum areas will really take off -- so far almost all the posts are mine. Good for describing the project, but perhaps not where most people want to discuss it.

Folks,

We have another option on paying for the cost of the island on which to build InnerLife. Anshe Chung has offered to build the sim for us with the following options for each person:

A) parcels of land would sell for L$5999/1024sqm, with tier paid to Anshe of US$12/month ($8*1.5) for a 1,024sqm parcel plus 512sqm group land

or

B) People could rent parcels for L$600/wk per 1024sqm parcel plus 512sqm group land, no tier

Note that both of these prices are 1.5*the usual price for a 1024sqm parcel on an Anshe project, because of the desire to have 1/3 of the sim be group land. The cost of the group land is thus distributed across all the individual investors.

We need buyers or renters for 11 (Note: this is a correction from Anshe, I had previously reported 16) parcels to start. We would have 2 months to reach 90% capacity (38 parcels sold/rented). At the end of that time, Anshe would reserve the right to sell or rent remaining parcels to other customers.
