From this past week's police blotter:

He is great! I have to make sure to read the police blotter at home, else people in the office start looking round to see what I'm laughing at..

And also the anonymous Linden that writes the release notes:

Our most common server crash is fixed. Long lists of images waiting to be sent combined with poor alignment of the planets and a butterfly flapping its wings in China used to make it explode, but no longer.

When the griefers are getting you down, just think -- were it not for them, we'd have no Police Blotter. I go back frequently and re-read them just for a chuckle. They are hilarious.

Dan, you have quite a talent for writing. Thanks for making what could have been a dull and dry litany of facts into something that many of us enjoy immensely.

Anyway, how DARE you hint at touting the virtues of another Linden besides Doug? (sorry Phillip) Everything you and your turncoat little avatars see in SL is made possible by Doug!
Oh sure, it would be there, but you wouldn't see it! Doug makes it display and he makes it run faster.
There would be no visual griefing or nudity for Dan to make fun of (he does that quite well I might add.)
So, don't make me kick Ama again. Stop all of this talk of other Lindens. There is a fan club for Doug, but I will kick your avatar's butt out if you keep talking about that other guy.

I hope you know that I was kidding about everything but kicking Ama.

Oh yeah, and there really is a Doug Linden Fan Club (forgot to add that part.)
