idea for music in game..

a lot of people have been talking about better ways to play music in game like for parties and nightclubs and such. we all know that uploading a million 10 second clips and scripting them together kind of bites (hehe sorry Lindens) so i was thinking about alternatives. how about this......

this might not be for everyone but i bet there are 20 or more people playing SL who could pull this off..

get an account at live365.com or something like that and setup a streaming station with your avatar as the DJ. you could run SL windowed so you can be in the game at a nightclub and broadcasting at the same time so you could take requests..banter with people in the club.. have "call in" contests...whatever. SL could use some good radio stations run by members of the community. no scripting required.

so far every single person i've told this idea to just looks at me blankly. does this not make sense? just build a DJ booth to stand behind in game while you broadcast and there you go.
