Sure, the changes are confusing Harald, but at least they're pointless, half-baked, and well-designed to choke the creativity out of SL. So let's give credit where it's due.  You've given me a great idea though. Someone should open a Ratings Boutique in the new Luna shopping center. "Ratings while you wait..."
