I have two plots I'm selling at per-meter prices designed to be lower than the rest.
First, I have 1600 meters at Natoma (236, 90) priced at $L2000. It's been moderately terraformed to fix a pit and a few other defects. I've left a small hill at one end to blend with a sim land feature. This land will make a fine place for a build, and will support 366 prims.
Also, I have 2432 meters at Clara (34, 92) priced at $L4999. It's been extensively terraformed to mitigate several land defects. It's now mostly smooth and flat with a ridge at one end to blend with neighborhood properties. It is bordered on two sides by water, leading on one side to the sea in Perry. The other side abuts the headwaters of a local river that, in turn, reaches the sea. There is also adequate land to build upon, even if the owner creates a canal between the river and the Perry Sea. This land will support 556 prims.
IM me if you have any questions. Reasonable accommodations can always be provided. Preference given to current residents of neighboring properties.
