BAH.. Stupid STUPID NTL!!!!! I tell you what I think I would be better getting my internet from a band of roving monkeys with herpes... My cable modem thingy died on saturday evening around 10pm... its just dead, AS A DO DO They DON'T have customer support on a sunday -.- and I rang them at 8am this morning... to see if they could just gimme a new box and NO, they CAN'T they have to come and check it out and CAN'T do it till like thursday... that is WANK service and I am NOT happy... So any brits out there gimme some options for broadband connections? Cos NTL are going outta the window.. So yeah, I won't be around much cept when I am at work  , but I am going to buy a modem today, cos I am NOT having their shit do this again... BAH FECKING MONDAYS... -.-

NTL do indeed suck  , I had to have two engineers at two different times before they admitted the modem was faulty, I wasn't too popular when I gave them a big "TOLD YOU SO!" I guess you're looking at one of the BT services or the repackaged services using BT line. Hopefully you still have all the connections (ours got ripped out when door was replaced). Then it's reconnection time! I think there isn't much choice in providers in your/our area to be honest (someone prove me wrong so I can change too please  ) Hope it's sorted soon -Zero

I have been looking at Tiscali, as BT is a capped connection and quite honestly F*CK THAT SH*T! NTHELL are really the biggest bunch of wasters I think I have ever known, I can work from home, and sometimes I do that if I am ill or if my lil girl is ill, so I told them this, I mean honestly all they have to do is GIVE ME ANOTHER FUCKING MODEM!!! I don't NEED them to hang around and test it... but NO, Thursday earliest?! pfft I will be changing my ISP and recommending anyone else that has NTL to do so also I am very sad
