I might not be at the Town Hall later today, so I thought I'd post some questions I wanted to ask. Others are more than welcome to do the same. :)

Note, these questions are not for YOU, they are for the TOWN HALL, I don't care about your opinion. :P

From: someone

Q: Will the "teen grid" have sim ratings? If so, what will these be? And what rules would go along with these?

Q: What if a Alice Smith age 17, makes friends with Eve Smith age 15, however when Alice reaches 18 or 19 or whatever, would she not then be restricted in the teen grid? What would happen? Would she have to leave her friends behind? Or would she be able to choose when she wanted to leave? Could she stay forever?

Kinda long questions, but yeah. :) Those are two things that popped in my head.

Can't think of any questions right now, but saw this way, way, down on the page. So thought I would give you a friendly bump! :D

Good thread, Oz; I know for sure I won't be able to attend Robin's town hall today because we are going to finish up the last of our holiday shopping (blech) later this afternoon.

I'm really curious to know how land and stipends will be handled in the 13-to-17 grid, and also whether the users will be restricted in some of the things they can create, like risque clothing and weapons; however, I figure Robin will probably cover these topics first thing in her talk. I'm also wondering if LL will be looking to hire liaisons from the current SL grid to work in the new kid grid.

Oz, that's one question I have on my mind too. I hope it won't be a "Av-Children of the Corn" situation... ;)

Just to cover answers here...

Seems land will be sold as it was before 1.2, in a 1.0 way, teens will not be able to particpate in auctions. Stipends weren't mentioned but it seems they'll be the same.

Risque clothing will be PG only, all sims will be PG based. Weapons will be allowed as they are now, only in damage enabled sims, etc.

And yes they will be hiring Liasions.

As for my questions, apparently it will be Children-Of-The-Corn esque, with 18 year olds being imediatly out casted and thrown into the Main Grid. I think this will be a dramafest, but unfortantly there is no other way to do it.

Thank you to Robin for covering the questions. :)

Doesn't it seem so American? It's ok to kill someone but sex isn't allowed.

Too true Essence, too true.

Gotta pull in those FPS and action players *somehow* though... heheh.
