Just wondering if anyone knows what is going on with the road in KU. Seems that the road for a large section is missing... The land is still Linden, just wondered if its a server error or the road is getting an upgrade, or what...

Any Lindens know? Are they working on the sewer system under the road? Is there a water break or a gas line that needs maintenance????

LOL... this really made me smile, because it reminds me of when we were on that sim and the asphalt was more like quicksane.

any update at all on this?????? I make cars in SL and I bought my plot of land on a road, because it kind of makes since, cars......roads......but one is missing......THE ROAD!!

A while ago, the road through Shaka went missing. Various residents reported it, and various Lindens came and look, and told us they'd put it on the developer to-do list.

After about 3-4 weeks, I decided the gap looked really silly running past the mall, so I painstakingly made some 30m x 10m grey blocks on my own land, then maneuvered them into position mimicking the path of the original road from sim edge to sim edge.

Another week went by, and I had some free time, so I unlocked all the blocks, and put a nice road texture on them.

The Linden-built road was back the very next day!
