in the scrammble of 1.6 et al, luna has been overlooked again. our leases expire tomorrow and we haven't even registered for the next lottery. wonder when we will?
there are hundreds of new continent auctions numbered as well. if the luna entries are defined today, it may be another month before they hit the board.

hmmm I do seem to recall talk of ending the luna mall program a while back and possibly selling the land perhaps with the mall. I can't remember exactly when but I know it came up around the time of the last lease beginning which was also late.

I posted a question to the Linden Hotline about a month ago and got this response. It's not very clear as to what they intend to do with Luna, but I have a feeling it might be something different. Lindens, any word yet on a Luna revamp or a new round of bidding/raffle?

Eeep. I'd completely forgotten this was coming up. I assume the same thing applies to the parking spaces in Busy Ben's Vehicle Lot, where I've been doing business for the last four months.
Hopefully, we'll hear something soon. I imagine the Lindens are in a bit of a tizzy right now working through fallout from the 1.6 update.  _____________________

thanks for the replies. i suppose i don't mind squatting til they decide what to do. heck if they auction or lease the entire sim, i might bid on it. i could build a pretty large park on what's left of the land, teach some classes to the incoming newbies, and grant use of the stores to my friends in commerce.
