Okay, so now that I am the top leader of owned land, I want to gloat!
1. I received 4 sims of land absolutely free from Linden Lab. 2. Plots are selling starting at 8400L / 512m, well above the average price! 3. I got all these people to come build on my land ... FOR FREE! 4. I have SL's longest and second longest bridges. 5. My land's so cool, we're going to host the entire SL Community Convention there! ... okay, so... I have to give back the land after the convention  _____________________

silly question, but who is Rathe Underhtorn? Rathe owned entire sims of land when I was a baby and we only had around forty sims on the map. He is The Original Consumate Land Baron. We paid weekly taxes on the amount of land we owned then, and had no method for purchasing lindens with real dollars, so I couldn't imagine how anyone managed to accumulate so many tens-of-thousands of lindens every week. After the 1.2 tier implementation, I found out that if you transferred all your money to an alt, so that your land owning account had no cash on tax day, LL just forgave you the difference. Silly Khamon is always behind the curve. _____________________

Rathe has been around a long time lol. He used to actually hang out in world more and he's part of the White Star Group with Neph and Neil. He had a lot to do with the casino that used to be there and he runs MetaAdverse (www.metaadverse.com) for in world advertising. He also is part of the ROAM team with Francis Chung. In his spare time he helps little old ladies cross the street and gives out free balloons.
