If people are contacting you that they cant get in
please advise them there was a brief maintanace on the login server
and its backed up let login request time out quiting and retrying before time out
further backs up the log in server

what it means is each time You try let it time out before retrying. The system is backed up and quitting before it times out backs it up farther. so each time You try to log inlet it time out before retrying
