I just came across this today and thought some people might want to check it out. It's a pretty full featured windows paint program that mimics natural media (ala corel painter). The current version 1.6 is shareware ($45) but the 1.1 version is completely free. If you don't have PSP or photoshop do yourself a favor and get this freebie before it's gone.
