No, actually they attacked before Bush said that, if you remember. (World Trade Center Attack Number One?)

You know, they carried out the plans they were making during the ENTIRE Clinton administration? Flight schools... money laundering... sneaking into the country... WTC attack number one? You know, all the stuff that Clinton somehow isn't responsible for even though it was going on while he was getting blowjobs in the Oval Office.

What's your point? I didn't say Bush was first. I said he told the "terrorists" where to attack.

Do I remember? I'm from NYC and I was around before there even was a WTC.
BTW -- those respoinsable for the 1st attack on the WTC were caught and jailed during Clinton's administration. Where's Osama?
