Orwood Block Lost

Just an FYI for anyone with property on the west bank of Orwood or Alviso. I was working on my property when I lost a fairly sizeable block way off to the south. I'm on the north-west corner of Orwood on the bank of the river, so it went south from there. I was trying to move it carefully a little bit, but when it jerked rapidly I panicked and launched it south. Now 'Undo' would have been nice but again, I panicked and selected about five other things before I thought to try undo and by that point it was useless. I searched all along the coastline south of my pad but odds are it's underground somewhere (I was building fairly low). I'm sending this heads-up because it could be a problem (prim count-wise, etc) and I don't want people thinking I'm vandalizing their lots. So, if you could delete it, move it, return it, whatever that'd be great. I don't need it back myself since I've already replaced it.

Giant blocks shooting out of sight, and panic-induced screw-ups? *sigh* Just another day in the life of Budaniel.

... I hope it didn't go any further south then Alviso... Arena property owners, I guess you might be on the lookout too. Darn it.

This happens more often than you might think. If you bring up your minimap and fly south, you might be able to see it there. You will notice that the items on your land are light blue on the minimap - just make the minimap as big as you can and look for that color away from your own land. If the block is big enough, you just might see it.

Chances are, though, that it will just be returned to you in due time, depending on the return timer of the land on which it came to rest.

It actually went north... I feel stupid now...

Heh I have thrown whole builds across sims before....everyone has let prims get away from them...nothing to feel stupid about.
