i have a group with one other person having a small part of his land in the group...i want to subdivide a small section of my land so it will not be in the group...can someone give me a step by step on how to do this? like do i need to buy my whole section back first in order to subdivide? and how do i measure the section i want to take away from the rest...
those are the main things i need...but step by step would sure help...thanks
