Note: This another one of my crazy ideas

A Fenced community in SL would be nice. For example a fence community will contain numerous houses along a road. The houses will each have a unique design. In the center of the fenced community there will be a "community square, where citizens of the community can talk/relax/meet. Every month there will be a election to who will run the community. The community will have a nice garden or community park in it.

Um... Dude... Its been done. Really not a bad idea, but its not exactly original.

He'll either run out of ideas or actually make one of them work but I say let him have at it. Everything has already been done but that isn't to say that it cannot be done better. Dude seems to be trying to find his role so I say let him spread his wings and flop around a bit.

I never said it was a bad idea, or that he shouldn't do it. I just mentioned that it has been done. For all I know, he might have an original slant for an unoriginal idea. Never let it be said that Teeny is the squasher of dreams.

Check out Neualtenburg in Anzere. It is completely walled. To get in you have to show the guard at the gate your ID.

I've been wanting to do some thing similar. Get a group of people together and buy a sim. More land for the money.
