i am looking to buy 1024m² in a mture area, but also take advantage of first land. are there first land plots out there with non-first land plots next to them? or is all first land surrounded by more first land?
anybody have a 512m² next to an available first land 512m² that they would like to sell me?

They may be willing to either sell you their lot, or buy your lot for a decent price, allowing you the funds to pick out a 1024 lot for yourself somewhere. Most First Land lots border other land - often land about to be auctioned - but the neighboring lots tend to be bigger than 512m2 themselves. Terminous is currently a good bet for Mature First Land with neighbors who may be willing to buy or sell.
