I THINK Sky City is in Jessie. What I saw there disn't impress me I am afraid. But, I am not positive the build I saw IS Sky City. Tho it was pretty high in the sky there.

My hunch is Bam doesn't know what he's (potentially) in for. Joined (the board anyway) 12/09. From reviewing his other posts it sounds like he wanted a project to join/help with and look at what that's probably gotten him.
Bam, one word, err two words: be cautious.
I wonder if he's "invested" all his money too. heh
