I have to say I sympathise with LL today... They had their colo facilities mysteriously shut down the other day, and today my site has dropped off the net cause there is an unknown error at the Redbus Interhouse colo facilities in London...
Just like Linden Labs, I'd like to know how a facility with 100% uptime, multiple power backups, multiple internet connections, the latest temperature control and 24/7 security goes down...

I'd be really interested to see what the *actual* uptime experienced by SL is. Ignoring the scheduled downtimes due to upgrades, how reliable is the grid?
