Hey everyone! I am/was at the SL lottery event tonight in Varney and my game crashed. Then my computer crashed. I've tried relogging, rebooting my comp and relogging.. but no matter what, when I get to the "Loading Region" screen in the game, it is now freezing my computer and causing me to reboot. Anyone else having this trouble right now? If not, anyone have any tips I can try to fix this?  Thanks for any help!

Ok.. pardon me.. it is actually the "Connecting to Region" screen. After 9 various tries, it is finally letting me past that screen to the "Preaching" screen. Then it is freezing my computer and causing me to have to fully reboot. Never had this problem before, so not sure what is going on.

Im getting close to the same thing, I get "Precaching" and when I click the screen it says on second life "Not responding " so please help

Well, I tried a lot of different things. Finally I talked with a friend on Yahoo Messenger who said this has happened to him and a friend of ours in the past. What worked for them was what worked for me. I ended up just un-installing SL and re-installing it. That did the trick, but hopefully the bug itself will be found soon so that re-installing no longer has to be the only option.
